After completing his BBA from the UK, Mr. Akash realized that the traditional education system in Bangladesh still lags behind in terms of practical learning and modern standards. With a dream to bridge this gap, he established Xpert Global Education in 2022, and later in 2025, founded Xpert College of Professionals — a modern institution designed to provide global-standard education right here in Bangladesh.

Xpert College of Professionals offers UK Government-approved OTHM (Organisation for Tourism and Hospitality Management) Professional Diploma Programs — one of the most advanced and career-oriented qualifications in the world.
What makes OTHM unique is that it is a UK-regulated qualification, officially recognized as equivalent to a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Upon completing just one year of study in Bangladesh, students can directly progress to a Top-Up Program in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or across Europe, and complete their final year of a UK Degree abroad!
